PROFILE OF CHAIRMAN

The chairman was born in 1947. He had his secondary education at Keta secondary school.
He proceeded to Britain for a military training from 1970 to 1972 and graduated as the best overall cadet.
He went to the United States and trained as a parachuter and ranger

Major Courage Quarshiga (rtd)

where he distinguished himself and became the first African to win the distinguished graduate ranger.
He furthered his military career in Canada.
He went to Germany to study to be a political strategist. Currently he is the minister of Agric in the NPP government.
